BULGARIA'S ENTRY INTO THE WAR
SECRET TREATY WITH AUSTRIA PUBLISHED. Paris, April 10. with regard to the criticism as to the failure of Entente diplomacy in 1915 to enlist Bulgaria 011 the side'of the Entente, publication of a secret treaty between Austria and Bulgaria, signed in Sentember. 1914, shows that each of thoso nations mutually agreed not to enter any alliance against 'he other. A second treaty signed 011 the eve of Bulgaria's _ entry into the war guaranteed Bulgaria's annexation of the Dobrudja and of the Salonika district—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
