PROPOSED NORTHERN UNION TOUR, London, April 7. The Leeds EeolVi" Club _ Ims circularised twenty-two of the chief Northern Union clubs regarding a proposed Australian bur. Twelve clubs opposed it, Iwo favoured it, and four .re neutral. The Lords Club suggests t.liiil the tou.r should', be adjourned till 1920 or 1021.--Atii.-N.Z. Cable Asin.
