SETON MURDER TRIAL
' PLEA. 0? NOT GUILTY. London, April 7. The trial of Lieutenant-Colonel Rutherford for the murder of Major Seton is proceeding. The accused pleaded not guiltv. The Attorney-General, who is prosecuting, advanced' the theory that .Rutherford knew Major Seton was staying at Holland Park by intercepting a letter to his wife from the deceasod.
