There i, is practically no difference between A'- ! and B grade, as the oats are of such i uniformly good quality, and are averaging about 4511). per bushel. Dunedin millers are drawing supplies of oats from Canterbury, as the southern oats are not yet ready. Dun oats are worth up to 3s. 3d., and .Algerians 2s. 9d. to 3s. per bushel at country stations. A few sales of oatsheaf chaff ,aro taking place at £i ss. per ton at country stations. 'Potatoes are worth 15s. to .£6 per ton at country stations. There is nothing doing, in cocksfoot, ryegrass or white clover. A little Marlborough cowgrass has been on offer at Is. 4d. f.0.b., but no local seed is yet on tho market. < Peas are dull of sale at Is. 6d. per ;■ bushel for Partridge, and ss. to ss, Gd. •■ for white at country stations.
