MAN'S NECK BROKEN. John Halliday Brown, a widower, who has been residing at 11 Little George Street, was found yesterday morning lying <iead in an excavation in the stableyard of Mun't, Cottrell, and Co., his employers. His head wae doubled under his chest, and his neck was broken,., apparently as the result of a fall.
