Comparatively lccontly tho council reaffirmed its decision, milking tho the subsidy ,£15,000 (in three annual payments' of .£SOOO each), provisionally on the' Education Board handing back to the city corporation the block of land in Mercer Street at present occupied by the college workshops' and lawn teniiis court. Thnt was loiw since agreed upon, and now the Government is doing its part, he hoped that, no time would be lost in getting m with the work.
