On a charge of having disobeyed a ni.'iintenflnco order which was in arrears to tho amount of M? 2 10s., Frederick Humphrey was .remanded to appear at Auckland to-day: Mary M'Manus was convicted and discharged for drunkenness, and was fined .£1 for n breach of her prohibition order. For drunkenness Andrew M'Kondrv was fined- 10s.; Edwin Oxley was fined 205.. and Peter-M'Cnbe. was fined a similar amount. ' One first offender was fined 10s.
