FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are lor strong and equally north-weel to south-west winde. Cloudy, unsettled, and colder weather may be expected, and rain following generally. Barometer unsteady with a falling tendency. Northerly and westerly breezes havo ruled. Atmospheric pressure has decreased somewhat since yesterday. The weather liaa continued fair, except in the- West Coast and southcrniuoßt dietricts, where unsettled conditions with rain have been rented to-day. & Director.
