The New Zealand Loan and jrercantilc Agency Co.. Ltd., Palmerston North:'report:—At oui-Rongotea sale on Wednesday, we had a small yardinp of both sheep and cuttle. The attendance was poor, and prices in favour of purchasers. We ouote: Ewes, with lambs at foot. 17s. 9d.; hoggets. 13b. to 145.: ewe hoggets (r.ood). 225.; Jit "-own, J9 155., £9 17s„ £10: forward cows, £8 7s. 6d.; store cows, £4 ss.

Owing to heavy rain the attendance was small and a dragging sale resulted.
