UNDEFENDED PETITIONS. ' ''' --■•His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman presided at the Divorce Court yesterday and heard two undefended cases in which Mr. 11. F. O'Leary appeared for the petitioners. Annie O'Brien sought a dissolution of her marriage with James O'Brien on tho grounds of misconduct. Tho parties were niarried at Kaikoura on November 15,1913, and the respondent left tho petitioner about a month later. Evidenco of misconduct was given by tho petitioner, and corroborative evidence having been given, His Honour granted a decree nisi to be made absolute in throe months.,' George. Roland Williams, tailor, Wellington, sought a- dissolution of hie niarTiage with Hannah Louisa Williams on the ground of desertion. Th" parties were married on February 3.'1902. nnd had two children. His Honour thought that some medical evidence should be offered, and the case was ordered to be held over for the nmduetion of such evidence, which Mr. O'Leary undertook to obtain.
