WORLD CONFERENCE OF THE RED CROSS
TO PREPARE FOR PEACE-TIME ACTIVITIES'. Paris, March 26. The International Red Cross has.summoned a cfiuference of the world's medical specialists at Cannes on April 1 to prepare for peace-time Red Cross activities. It will seek, through a central organisation, to afford the latest scientific discoveries to combat diseas-?, and to do for disease what the League of Nations is to do to prevent war. Dr. Trilby King, of New Zealand, is included among the British delegates—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
