Apart from the income the trustees are authorised to deal with the capital fund as they think fit and ,they have decided to make a grant of J2OOO for tho erection of a ter■race of cottages ns part of tho Ross Home iin .North-East Valley. These cottages will be available, for aged poor, irrespective of creed.
