I", the House of Commons Mr. Winston Churchill, in reply to a suggestion that in view of the congestion on the cable lines the use of private codes with overseas possessions should be permitted for cm meroial purposes, said that would not be permissible eo long ns it was necessary to maintain the censorship, but he promised to consider a suggestion that wellknown firms should be permitted the use of private codes outside of Europe.— Renter.
