WAIROA HARBOUR
MINISTER TO. MEET THE BOARD. Tho Minister of Marine (tho Hon. T. M. Wilford) will leave for Wairoa to-day to meet tho Wairoa Harbour Board regarding harbour matters, particularly in relation to the expenditure of money recently authorised by Cabinet for the improvement of tho harbour and in relation to 'tho suggested new harbour at Waikokopu. The importance of this port at Wniroa may bo gauged from tho fact that the freezing works at AVairoa now contain 100,000 carcasses of meat on account of the Imperial Government.
