AUCKLAND MEN'S DECISION. Hv Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, March 23. In view of the non-compliance of the Hon. W. H. Hemes with the request of the locomotive men in regard to wages and conditions, a secret ballot is 'being taken on the question of a strike. It is understood that the Auckland men at a meeting this morning unanimously resolved in favour of a strike failing the granting of the torm6.
