POSTPONEMENT DECIDED UPON. B 7 Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, March 20. Mr. Robert Bell, a member of the.executive of the World's Press Congress, has received confirmation of postponement of the Sydney Congress till the year after the proclamation of peace. Tho reasons for the decision nro the social, political, and economic unrest, a possible recurrence of influenza in Australia at the end of this year, and the excessive passenger fares now ruling.
