NEXT .SATURDAY'S, MEETING.

T'lio meeting is being controlled jointly by tho Victoria Collego and Wellington Amateu" Athletic Clubs, who are putting on a programme full of interest to folio .vers of track and field event athletics.
Six open championships, exclusive of two inter-collegiate and two inter-school events, form the principal portion of the programme. These include four track eve'.i!.s. 100 yds. 220 yds., 4'iflyds. ; and ono mile, and two field competitions—the high ai'.d broad jump. The rest of the mem consists of thirteen open handicap events, and the inter-college and intersclioj! championships abovementioned./
