Tho National War Tumi's Council will meet this afternoon_ lor the purpose of considering the applications vor tho bursaries offered recently by Ihe Government to returned soldiers. It was seated originally that there would be litty 01 these bursaries, which are intended to enable returned men to take full courses at a university college, the Minister of Internal Affairs has since invited (lie patriotic societies to provide further buisarios in order that applicants inaj i»ot be disappointed. .
