PARLIAMENT CRITICISED. 3y TcleErsph-Prcss Association Hamilton, March 15. At a meeting of the executive of the AVaikato Sub-provincial District Farmers' Union it was resolved to take steps to join the Farmers' Political Party. Keen dissatisfaction was expressed at the etate of politics at present, and the necessity of farmers taking action to safeguard their interests was emphasised. Politicians were described as vacillating and asleep. Objection was taken to tho fixing of prices by tho Government. Pricefixing was characterised as unsatisfactorj. It was resolved to formulate a. platform and submit it to the next meeting.
