SENSATIONAL WILL CASE
ESTATE OF LORD MICHELHAM. (Reo. March 13, 11.15 p.m.) . ' London, March 10. An application in the Probate Court has inaugurated a sensational will suit regarding Lord Michelham'e estate of from ten to fifteen millions. ' Captain Cohn lodged a caveat on beh.alf of thfl Baron's widow, who propouiids-an earlier will, which leaves the Dowager a larger amount than in the 1918 will. It is aliened that the Baron during bad health in the last months of his life gave Miss Bertha. Capell, now' Lady Michelham £600,000, two days before his death, uiptain Capell, her brptlier, is one of the executors under the 1918 will. Aus.-h.Z. Cable Assn.
