Application was made before Mr. Justice Herdiuan in tlm Supremo Court today by John .Scott Myers to reverse the decision of Mr. Justico Denniston in an affiliation appeal concerning the paternity of an illegitimate child of Myers s daughter. Thc.ca?e has been boforo the Courts since 1912, and was tinally disposed Ot by. Mr. Justice Denniston, who allowed the appeal against the judgment of Mr. Day, S.M., who had rvdjudged defendant Crozier putative father of the child. Recently Mvcrs liled an aflidavit in Hie Supreme 'Court making serious charges against certain officials and asking thai .Mr. Justico Dennislon's judgment be reversed.

Mr. Justico llcrdman declined the ap plication, and said that Mr. Justice Domiiston's judgment was conclusive, lie p.lso ordered Myers's affidavit to be removed from t.ho Court record as a scandalous document. Throe guineas costs were allowed against Myers.
