The union continued to press its demands till in November, 191S, an agreement was reached under which nine men specified by name were exempted from joining the union. This was embodied in an industrial agreement. The union his again demanded the dismissal of arbitrationist employees, which the company resists, as it would be a gross breach of faith not to protect loyal employees who left the union on account of its revolutionary politics. They intend to bold to this decision, in face of any action the federation mar take.
