BOLSHEVIK REVOLT IN HOLLAND (Rec. March 12-13, midnight.) New York, March 10. The New York "Tribune's" London coyrespondent states that under the leadership of David Wynkoop, head of tlio Dutch communist party, the Bolsheviki had planned to seize Holland. A largo mass of the Dutch industrial population ware thoroughly organised and armed pir the uprising. The plot developed during the early days of the German revolution. Its failure was due to the prompt action of the Dutch Government, tile lack of Buccess of the Spartacist revolt in Germany, and the timely arrival of American food supplies.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
