CERTIFICATES OP VALUE AND PURITY DESIRED.' (By TolegraphH3pecial Correspondent.) Patea, March 10. The Waverley branch of tho Farmers' Union carried the following resolution:— I'That the Government be asked to make it a penal offence for any agricultural seeds to be sold under a9O per cent, germinative value within ten days, and a 96 per cent, for purity, and the secdß to contain a certificate describing in full the naturo and contents of all foreign matter, and that all firms selling agricultural seeds be requested to sell only under a license to be granted yearly by the Agricultural Department.
