JUGO-SLAV INTRIGUE REVEALED. Rome, March 7. Deputy Eevione created a sensation in the Chamber by reading a secret memorandum from the Jugo-Slavs to President Wilson in May, 1918, urging an attack upon the Austrian naval ports by the Allies, excluding Italy, and also urging America to refuse financial and commercial help to Italy.—Aus.-N.Z.
