The first will make recommendations concerning the methods of negotiations between employel's and trades unions, including the establishment of ii permanent industrial council, and ndvise llin Government upon industrial and economic questions, nlsn Ihe methods of dealing with war advances, the methods of regulating wages by law or otherwise. The second committee, will mako recommendations regarding the desirability of legislation for the maximum working hours and maximum wage?, nnd the third will consider unemployment, and make recommendations for its prevention and the maintenance of employment durinfl the present emergency period nnd on a permanent basis.-Au's.-N.Z.
