RECONSTRUCTION OP EXECUTIVE. Under the new regulations issued in tho New Zealand Gazette, dated January 10 last, the following appointments in connection with the Dominion Rifle Association have been made by • the G.0.C., New Zealand Military Forces:— Chief Executive Officer—Colonel R, J. Competitors will, be allowed rifles and ammunition for practice on Monday. Further entries- have coma to hand which encourages the executive officer (Colonel R. J. Collins, C.M.G.) to proceed with the meeting.
