OXFORD SCHOLARSHIP
GRANTED TO AN AUCKLAND SOLDIER.
By Telegraph—Press Association Auckland, March 1. A private cablo message received by his mother states that Sergeant H. b. Reynolds, of Auckland., runner-up for the Rhodes Scholarship'in 1910, has been granted an Oxford Scholarship, tenable for three years, and carrying .£250 per annum. He is at present an inspector in connection with the educational scheme at Hofuchurch.
