A NEW CITY OF YPRES. Rotterdam, February 25. Referring to the proposal that tho ruins of Ypres should be maintained as a war memorial on ground made holy by the sacrifices of tT.e war, the Burgomaster denies that the town will be rebuilt on a new site. He says Ypres will arise again from its ruins.-Ans.-N.Z. Cable Afisn.
