CHINO-JAPANESE SECRET TREATY
PUBLICATION AGREED TO,
Peking, February 25. Thfl Chinese Premier, in an interview, stated that Japan had agreed to the publication of the secret treaty. China was able to stand on her own feet owing to the support of Britain and the United St.itee.-Ans.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
