HIKURANGI COAL-MINE.
By Tolcßrapli-Pre93 Association. Auckland, February 26. The Hikurangi coal-mine continues idle A conference was held to-day between Mr. W. Prior, sectary of thei Coal-Owners' Federation, and Mr, Gilfillan secretary of tho Hikurangi Coal Company, and Mr. O'Brien, representative of the Miners' Federation. The conference adjourned till to-morrow pending the arrival of representatives of tho Hikurangi Union.
