Prior, sectary of thei Coal-Owners' Federation, and Mr, Gilfillan secretary of tho Hikurangi Coal Company, and Mr. O'Brien, representative of the Miners' Federation. The conference adjourned till to-morrow pending the arrival of representatives of tho Hikurangi Union.
