KARORL CLUB. Tho Karori Rifle Club held a competi.lon on Saturday for tho Johnston MeAiorial Cup. Tho .weather conditions for shooting wore excellent, there being just sufficient variation in tho wind to keep the marksmen =alert.- The winner was Eflmn. W. .I. Clark; with a score of 91? pointe, "his score of 34 at 500 yards giving;him the pride of place. Rflmn. W. A. Farquhar was runner-up with a score of 89 points, anil ho''also secured a_trophy.
