ILL-TREATMENT OP THE KUT PRISONERS. (Eeo. February 24, 1.55 a.m.) Constantinople, February 22. Official returns show that the iurkisn war losses were:-KiM, 437,000; wounded,' 408,000; prisoners, 704,000. The British militarists have made several arrests in connection with the illtreatment of Kut -war prisoners.—Kettter.
