EXTENSION OF FREE LIST. ■ The British Board of Trade has cabled to His Majesty's Trade Commissioner a further list of goods that may now be exported from the United Kingdom with, out license. Tho following are the articles mentioned :-Lead Sheathed cable, carbon, cylinders for storing gases, nsh (canned,, except salmon), lead compounds except white lead, linen rags and waste, ramie fibre, salt, varnishes, paint (except gold paint), polishes containing wax, canvas (old and cuttings), cotton rags, espato grass, fishing gear, fustic, hemp waste, jute wrappers and waste, mahogany and hardwoods, piping for stoves, sisal strings and waste, tents, tinplate, anchors, arrowroot, banana, meal, barometers, biscuits, chain cables, caramel, celluloid (ordinary or non-inflam-mable), cereal foods, cornflour, dextrine, sarina, gas meters, ginger, meat extract, potato flour, eacharme, sago, soup preparations, spelter, starch, tapioca, preserved vegetables, wine, zinc.
