Daphne Hetty England and another, and the counterpetition of the wife against her husband was concluded before Mr. Justice Ed.wards yesterday. " The verdict of the jury wns-'that the. respondent had misconducted herself, and on the counterpetition that the husband had misconducted himself a decree nisi was granted in the suit, and also in the counter-suit, to bo made absolute in three months. By consent no costs were allowed except as regards the sun) of J;4O lodged as security for the woman's costs. Mr. J. li. Heed, li.C., of Auckland, with him Mr. H. F. O'Leary, appeared for P. D. England, and Mr. P. W, Jackson appeared for the respondent and the corespondent.
