The "Daily Mail" states that the world will warmly approve of tho new armistice terms imposed on the Germans. The wcrld will never forgive tho submarine crimes. It is a just penalty, (o cut Germany's claws. The British occupation of Heligoland would be embarrassing. Tho dismantlement would prevent its future use as a naval base and a jiimp-ing-ofl' place for submarines and aircraft. The destruction of the enemy fleet would be the best course. The ships were in a condition of filthy disrepair and unhealthy. The Allies did not cant them for military purposes.—United Service.
