PLATED. (Rec. February 19, 11.50 p.m.) London, February 10. The "Daily' Express" states that the dislocation of 1 trade and the interruption of reconstruction owing to the strike and the epidemic are causing the Government great anxiety. Mr. Lloyd Georges proposal contemplates a permanent congress to which all industrial disputes will be submitted. The Labour Party unanimously favours the proposal.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. -

RUMOURS OF "FAKE" TACTICS.
London, February 10. "Lloyd's Sunday News" states that there arc persistent rumours at Belfast that in tho. ballot against the acceptance of the shipbuilding and engineering employers' proposal flagrantly "faked" tactics were adopted with the cognisance of the strike wnnmittees.
