The steamer Mamari, with a draft of 150 returned soldiers, who were transhipped from the transport Nestor at Sydney, reached Auckland early this afternoon and anchored in the stream for 24 hours' quarantine. It is expected that the military boarding party will be able to begin their work at about 2 p.n>. tomorrow, and that the troops will be landed at about i p.m.
