February 18, 7.10 p.m.) New York, February 14. A Paris message states that Dean O'Kelly, M.P., and Sinn Fein leader, hns arrived. He sent a letter to President Wilson, asking if the Provisional Irish Government would be recognised by the Peace Conference and the League of Nations, and he also asked for an audience with President Wilson.—Aus.N.Z.
