STATEMENT BY ACTCNG-MMIB MINISTER. 13y Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, February 14. •In reply to a deputation from the Now Zealand Alliance this afternoon Sir ■iamcs Allen said that while the regulations under tho Licensing Act dealing lyith ilio supply of wine for sacramental purposes were not drawn up, ho thought no difficulty would bo experienced in obtaining reasonable quantities of wine for religious and sacramental purposes. He Would inform Sir Francis Bell, by whom tho regulation would bo drawn up, that the deputation had waited on him, and in the meantime ho gavo an assurance 'hat the regulations would giva full protection to all religious bodies concerned.
