DIVORCE CASE
: The case of South v. -Mary Helena South, nn application for a dissolution of marriage on the. ground of desertion, came before Uis Honour Mr. Justice Chapman and a jury of twelve in tho Supreme Court yesterday. Mr. P. ■W. Jackson appeared for Hie appellant rind Mr. 0, Mazeityurb for the respondent. The case for the petitioner was heard and the Court rose for the day.
