N BLACKBALL TROUBLE. The Disputes Committee sat yesterday at Greymouth to investigate the trouble in the Blackball Mine which led to the slow-work strike at the beginning of last week. Advice was received in Wellington last night that the dispute had not been settled. The union has asked that a Dominion Disputes Committee be set up to deal with the dispute- It happens that the Coal-mine Owners' Association are meeting in Wellington to-day, and this request can be considered at the meeting,
