Ghristchurch, February G.Mr M'Carthy, S.M., "gave reserved judgment in the case George William Bonsche, trading as the Micrometer Scales Company, who proceeded against the Supply Stores Company for iEO 2s. Judgment went for defendant. Ihe Magistrate remarked , that the failure of the plaintiff to state that the scale would probably be banned in the near future was deceitful and fraudulent.,
