SALE TO A SWEDISH COMMISSION. (Reel February 5; 8.40' p.m.) Melbourne, February 5. The Wheat Board has sold twelve thousand tons of wheat to a Swedish Coinmission at 5«. Prices showed a reduction of ?os. per head. Extra prime bullocks lau up to ,C 24 17s. 6d.; prime, from .£2O to J323; medium, .£l7 10s. to .£l9 Ifls.; light, £U to X'lG 10s.; prime cows mid heifers, .£l3 to £V> 155.; medium, ,£ll to Jll2 155.; old and inferior, '£& lfls. to ,£lO ss. Sheep: 244G were penned, and the quality was very good. Tho entry exceeded the requirements, and prices .receded about 25., except for extra prime heavy wethers, which dropped Is. Extra prime vrethers fetched 525. 6d.; prime, 40s. to 445.; medium, 3Gs. to 385.; light, 80s. to 345. fid.; prime ewes, 335. to 375.; medium, 28s. Od. to 315.; light and inferior, 20s. to 275, Lambs: 361. were penned, a fair proportion being very medium. Exporters operated to a limited extent. Prime, 275. 6d. to 335. Gd.; medium, 245. to 283.; light and unfinished, 20s. to 335. Pigs: There was a medium entry of fats, and prices were quite up to late ■♦allies, stores being quickly cleared at fete rates.
