Myers, Minister an charge of conl distribution, said that everything possible was being done to augment supplies of coal from Newcastle, and to this end arrangements hud been made to enable those who relied on this class of coal to obtain conl for their reThe public might be assured that tho Government was sparing no effort, to meet an extremely difficult situation, recognising the necessity for keeping the industries of tho country going, and also of supplying as far as possible the household requirements of the people.
