It is proposed to pay a dividend on the ordinary, shares of 15 per cent, and to set aside a war taxation reserve of , ~ .... Farmer and'Co.'s paid-up capital is ,£OO2 710 in 200,000 ordinary shares of £1 '-,200,000 6 per cent, first preference shares of £1, and 202,710 7 per cent, second preference shares of £1. The reserves, and undivided profits the previous year were JE618.979. The ordinary shares are quoted in Sydney at from M 19s. to .82.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable A6sn.
