AUSTRIA AND SILESIA
ALLIED DELEGATION TO ASSURE . PEACEFUL EXPLOITATION. (Rec. February 3, 8.55 p.m.) Paris, January 31. It is announced that Allied delegates have been sent to Austria and Silesia for tho purpose of assuring peaceful exploitation in industrial districts, in agreement with the Czechs and-Poles, pending a territorial settlement from the Peace Con-ference.-Router.
