REPATRIATION
4 MORE DISTRICT APPOINTMENTS. The Repatriation Board has made the following additional appointments to the district boards constituted some days ago:Auckland.—Messrs. C. J. Bishop, representing the Trades and Labour Council; Joseph Stanton, of the Second Division League; and George George, Director of the Auckland Technical School, who has been appointed by the board without nomination from an outside body. Wellington.—Mr. Thomas Moss, representing the Farmers' Union. Mr. Mosa has teen District.Commissioner of the National Efficiency Board sjnee the board was set up. Canterbury.—Mr. J. A. Clarke, representing the Friendly Societies. The board has also appointed the following to be secretaries of local committees in the tovrns named, all the appointees being returned soldiers :-Botorua, Mr. S. M. Hayes; Masterton, Mr. Arthur E. Prentice; Greymouth, Mr. Robert J. Apploton; Timaru, Mr. M. T. Reese; New Plymouth, Mr. Arthur S. Allen; Blenheim, Mr. Arthur M. Thomson.
