. JURY'S RECOMMENDATION. By Telegrapn-|Press Association Hamilton, January 22. At an inquest on Charles James Reed, postal messenger at Franktoii Junction, a verdict was returned that deceased met his death through being accidentally run over by a locomotive engine in the railway yard while in the execution of his duty. The following rider was added: "The jury recommends that postal baskets be deposited in a place where they would be safe for Postal employees to'collect,. instead of being bundled out anywhere in station yards as at present."
