To-night Sir George Clifford/president of the New Zealand Racing Conference, received the following telegram from the Hon. G. W. Russell, Minister of Internal Affairs: "I have pleasure in informing you that' Cabinet has agreed-that racing shall be restored to its full . strength- as from Februarv/'IV You'may, therefore, inform interested clubs that tlfeir programmes' can be at once prepared.
